Today is supposed to be the first day of Spring and we are under a winter storm watch starting later tonight. UGH! Just as the snow has just about completely disappeared, we are subject to more snow. The following was issued by the National Weather Service out of Chicago:

I want to see these double hibiscus flowers again in my yard. But then again, the Easter bunny won’t stick out like a sore thumb in the white snow for the familiarly seen red fox or gray coyote if we get buried again.

I think the Easter bonnets this year out there are fur-lined parka hoods.
You wouldn’t believe how HUGE AND GIANT your font size is…..I’ve never seen it so big!! (The font.). We’re basking under an easter weekend weather filled with 50 some degrees, some rain, and all of the flowers and trees bursting forth. Typical, I’m afraid. Most anytime of the year! Stay warm and safe. Happy Easter.
I was just looking at my double bloom Hibiscus last night thinking how beautiful it had been this year.
I hope you’re staying safe and warm!!
Oh, now I want to see your double hibiscus again, too! Be strong: turning the calendar page is first, the white stuff will melt in time, and make those gorgeous blossoms all the more fabulous with it’s passing!
In theory, happy Spring!
oops, screwed up my link…
I’d feel for you, but my hands are full of newly applied suntan lotion. I’m thinking about hiding eggs on the beach.
Ha!!
Try telling Mother Nature to commune with the freakin’ calender right?
