And a fantabulous weekend to you, Steven!
So cool….have a great one too!
I had thought of taking a picture much like the seconds for this topic. Number three is my favorite. Number five would have been perfect for last week’s topic… metal – which totally stumped and made me feel stupid.
AH!!! There is something so peaceful and refreshing at times about some beautifully simple B&W photos. Spectacular as always!!
{HUGS}!!
I like that ridge picture. I think the textures of the wood, etc. are brought out best by the monochrome.
Brdige, not ridge
D*mn! BRIDGE (I can’t type!)
Faaaabulous!!
You really do have a gift.
I agree with Lemuel; I particularly like the bridge.
Once again, fantastic photos.
Yeah, me too – bridge is freakin’ incredible…
Oh god I love jack Benny. He was such a great character and human being.
About two months ago I had a detailed and rich dream where I met him on a WW II USO tour for war bonds. They stars were handing out gifts to the poor (us). He went to had me one and I said “Oh I do not need a gift – save it for the truly needy”. But I then went on to have wonderful and long conversation with him about his sense of timing, and minimalism. It was such an odd dream to have out of the blue, and I would have forgotten it were it not for your foto jogging my dream memory. It was a very pleasing dream. Wonder what it means.
